By accessing this Website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you ("buyer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website or engage our services.

2. Use of This Website

This Website is provided for the purpose of showcasing Welstars Ind's export products, company information, and enabling prospective buyers to request quotations. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Website by any third party.

• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this Website or its underlying systems.
• You must not use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to extract content without our prior written consent.
• Any enquiry submitted through this Website must contain accurate and truthful information.

3. Quotations & Orders

Any prices, quantities, or product details displayed on this Website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer for sale. A binding commercial agreement is only formed once Welstars Ind issues a formal proforma invoice or sales contract and the buyer confirms acceptance in writing.

Quotations issued via email or WhatsApp are valid for the period stated therein, or for 7 days if no period is specified, and are subject to product availability and prevailing market rates at the time of order confirmation.

4. Product Information & Specifications

We describe our products — including Sona Masoori Rice, Banganapalli Mango, Fresh Tomato, Tamarind and Dry Red Chilli — as accurately as possible based on standard grading and export specifications. However, as these are natural agricultural products, minor variations in size, colour, moisture content, or appearance between shipments or seasons are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Specific grading, packaging, and quality parameters for any order will be confirmed in writing (specification sheet or sales contract) prior to shipment.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterm (e.g. FOB, CIF, CFR) stated in the relevant quotation or proforma invoice, and exclude any bank charges, import duties, or taxes applicable in the buyer's country unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Payment terms (advance payment, Letter of Credit, or otherwise) will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing for each order.
• Production or shipment will commence only after the agreed payment terms have been fulfilled by the buyer.
• We reserve the right to revise quoted prices in case of significant fluctuations in raw material costs, freight rates, or currency exchange rates prior to order confirmation.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Export Compliance

Estimated shipment and delivery timelines provided on this Website or in correspondence are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to port congestion, customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

Welstars Ind will prepare all export documentation required for international shipment, including certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading, in accordance with applicable Indian export regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all import regulations, licences, and duties applicable in the destination country.

7. Inspection, Claims & Returns

Buyers are encouraged to arrange pre-shipment inspection for bulk or container-load orders. Any claim regarding quality, quantity, or condition of goods must be raised in writing within 7 days of arrival at the destination port, accompanied by supporting evidence (photographs, inspection reports, or survey certificates).

Given the perishable and natural nature of agricultural produce, claims raised after this period, or arising from improper storage or handling after delivery, will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Welstars Ind name and branding — is the property of Welstars Ind Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
